Health Insurance: Camber offers Group Health insurance for all full-time employees and dependents through the Cafeteria Plan. Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Alabama administers the plan for all employees (with the exception of Hawaii and employees living outside the U.S.) which is linked to BCBS member physicians in other states. Employees living in Hawaii are offered Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii through HMSA. Employees living outside the U.S. are offered CIGNA International.

Dental Insurance: Camber offers a premium and basic Group Dental coverage for all full-time employees and their dependents through the Cafeteria Plan. Employees living outside the U.S. are offered CIGNA International.  

Vision Insurance: Camber offers a premium and basic Group Vision coverage for all full-time employees and their dependents through the Cafeteria Plan. Coverage is provided by Guardian/VSP.

Critical Illness and Accident Insurance: Camber offers all full-time employees the option to purchase Critical Illness and Accident Insurance through UNUM.

Life Insurance and AD&D: Camber offers all full-time employees the option to purchase Group Term Life and AD&D insurance in employee-selected increments.

Pet Insurance: Camber offers all full-time employees the option to purchase Pet Insurance through VPI Pet Insurance.

Short Term Disability Insurance: Camber provides Short Term Disability (STD) insurance, which begins on the 15th calendar day you are out of work for an injury or illness. Coverage pays 60% of your salary.

Long Term Disability Insurance: Camber provides Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance, which begins after you are out of work for an injury or illness for 90 days. Coverage is integrated with the STD coverage (no interruption or separate claim) and pays 60% of your salary.

401K Retirement Plan: Camber has a 401K Plan in place for all full-time employees. The 401K plan is offered through Fidelity Investments.

Full-time employees accrue fifty-six (56) hours of Sick Leave on January 1st of each year or, for newly hired employees, on the first day of employment.
