Walter Batson, Jr.
  Chairman of the Board / Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Batson co-founded Camber Corporation in April of 1990 and served as President until September of 1999. Under his leadership, Camber has grown into a diversified company, supporting customers around the world, specializing in information technology, decision support systems, engineering and simulation. Mr. Batson developed the business plan and managed the execution that resulted in this diversified growth. It was accomplished without any outside capital infusion. Under his stewardship, Inc. Magazine selected Camber as one of the country's fastest growing companies in 1995 and 1996. Mr. Batson was also responsible for Camber's acquisitions and new business ventures, some of which were spun off into separate companies. In 1998, he led the formation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which allows all employees to be employee-owners in Camber Corporation.

Mr. Batson was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Statistics and Accounting and a Master's Degree in Operations Research from the University of Alabama. He and his wife, Margaret, live in Huntsville, AL. They have five grown children, two grandsons and four granddaughters.

Mr. Wynn's practice is concentrated in corporate and business matters. He is a member of the Business Section and the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and serves on the board of trustees of the American Federal Tax Institute. He is a member of the board of directors of the Huntsville Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Dynetics, Inc. He also serves as Secretary of Intergraph Corporation. From 1985 to 1999, Mr. Wynn served as director of Nichols Research Corporation until its merger with Computer Sciences Corporation. He is a trustee of the Jane K. Lowe Charitable Foundation. Mr. Wynn received his B.S. degree from the University of Alabama, his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University, and his L.L.M. from New York University.

Alok Singh is a Managing Director of New Mountain Capital, a private equity investment firm based in New York. Prior to joining New Mountain Capital in September 2002, Mr. Singh served as a Partner and Managing Director of Bankers Trust and established and led the Corporate Financial Advisory Group for the Americas for Barclays Capital. Mr. Singh is non-executive Chairman of Overland Solutions, Inc., the lead director of Deltek, Inc., and serves on the boards of directors of Apptis, Inc., Ikaria Holdings, Inc., Validus Holdings, Ltd., and Tygris Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Singh is a fellow of the Foreign Policy Association, a member of the Economic Club of New York and a member of the advisory board of Sonenshine Partners. Mr. Singh received both his B.A. in Economics and History and his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
     
 
Michael Ajouz

Mr. Ajouz joined New Mountain Capital in 2000 as an Associate and is currently a Managing Director. Prior to 2000, Mr. Ajouz served as an Associate at the private equity firm of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., where he conducted analytical evaluations in various industries. He additionally has held various analyst positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Cornerstone Research. Mr. Ajouz serves as a director of Apptis, Inc., Deltek, Inc., Connextions, Inc., Inmar, Inc. and Oakleaf Global Holdings, Inc. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Economics with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in May, 1995.

Mr. Notini is chairman and chief executive officer of Apptis, a leading provider of IT services and solutions to government and industry. Prior to joining Apptis in 2007, he served as president, chief operating officer, and board member of Sonus Networks, Inc. Mr. Notini has held executive leadership positions with Wang Global Corporation, a world-wide IT network services and solutions company, and Manufacturer’s Services Limited, a global electronics supply chain outsourcing services company. Prior to joining Wang in 1994, he was a partner at the Boston-based law firm Hale and Dorr LLP. Mr. Notini holds a B.A. from Boston College, an M.A. from Boston University, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is also a senior advisor at New Mountain Capital, LLC, the majority owner of Apptis.

Mr. Parker is President and CEO of Deltek, Inc., a recognized technology industry leader providing superior enterprise software, solutions and consulting to project-based businesses worldwide. Prior to Deltek, he served as PeopleSoft’s CFO from October 2000 to December 2004 and was also named co-president of PeopleSoft in October 2004. Mr. Parker additionally served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Aspect Communications Corp., and held senior management positions at Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Standard Microsystems and Toshiba America. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Polycom, Inc., and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarkson University where he serves on the Board of Trustees.

  Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer ATS Corporation

Sid Fuchs is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ATS Corporation (NYSE Amex: ATSC), a Government IT Services leader in software and systems development, systems integration and network engineering serving the DoD and Federal Agencies markets. From 2007 to 2010, he was the president and CEO of OAO Technology Solutions (‘OAOT’) which was acquired by Platinum Equity in 2010.  Prior to OAOT, he was the President and CEO of TASC, Inc, a billion dollar Northrop Grumman subsidiary that provided systems engineering expertise to the defense and intelligence communities.  Mr. Fuchs is a former Central Intelligence Agency officer, having served at domestic and foreign posts and on assignment with the US Air Force and the National Reconnaissance Office. He was appointed in 2008 by the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence as a member of the Permanent Task Force on Intelligence and upon nomination by the White House in 2002, was appointed by Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld to the Board of Visitors, National Defense University.  He graduated with BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
